300 gr of flour
1 pinch of yeast.
1 pinch of salt.
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
250 ml. of milk
1 egg
80 ml. Of olive oil
60 gr of sliced and drained peppers
50 gr of sliced green pitted olives
60 gr of parmesan cheese
30-40 gr of feta cheese
Preheat the oven to 190º. Mix the flour, yeast, salt and pepper. Add the milk, the egg and the oil and mix again. Add the peppers, the olives and the feta cheese. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake for 20 minutes.
