In total, there are 60 exclusive recipes that will delight everyone, professionals and amateurs, thanks to the practice of Aceituning.
Among the ingredients proposed in the Dressing Guide are soy, fennel, wakame, chocolate, mint, vermouth, wine jelly… An explosion of creativity and flavors that demonstrate the infinite versatility of olives, one of the few foods that meet the four basic tastes: sweet, salty, bitter and sour.
Chefs from all the autonomous communities have participated in the preparation of the guide. In front of them, is Sergio Fernández. The media chef is an ambassador for table olives and his proposals represent the Madrid region.
