Ingredients:
500 g of lingüini
200 g of pitted green olives
50 g of sliced green olives
½ cup mayonnaise
100 g of cream cheese
½ cup of evaporated milk
100 g of chestnuts
Salt and pepper
Directions:
Mash the pitted green olives with the mayonnaise, cheese and milk. Season with salt and pepper and heat over medium heat until it is firm.
Cook the lingüini “al dente”, drain and add the sauce and the chopped chestnuts, and decorate with slices of olives.
