NEW PROCESS OF DRESSED OLIVES.
This project's main objective is the development of a new production process for seasoned olives, changing the current production system in order to achieve a more sustainable and healthier product with less salt content.
The project is being developed with the help of the Center for Industrial Technological Development (CDTI) of the Ministry of Industry, Economy and Competitiveness, and co-financed by the European Union (FEDER Funds) through the Multiregional Operational Program of Spain (2014-2020).
