1 onion
A pinch of oregano
1 pinch of chicken stock cube
1 can of pitted black olives
For the mass:
1 glass of flour
1 pinch of salt
A little olive oil
2 teaspoons of yeast
1/4 of a glass of water
1/4 of a glass of oil
Mix in a bowl the ingredients of the dough, form a ball and let it stand for 15 minutes covered. Stretch the dough on a baking tray. Cover the dough with the sliced onion, the chopped olives and the oregano. Season all with a pinch of chicken stock cube. Sprinkle with olive oil and bake at 210º for 30 minutes.
