Now that the good weather is here, we recommend you a light and nutrient rich dish, which obviously contains black olives. Try this salad with our La Sota’s Kalamón olives.
Ingredients:
- Curly escarole and canons mix.
- Curly escarole and canons mix.
- 12 red and yellow cherry tomatoes.
- 80g of arbequina pitted olives.
- ¼ red onion.
- 10 black olives.
- Fresh mozzarella.
Dressing ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of vinegar
- Salt
- 6 big fresh basil leaves.
Preparation:
- In a small bowl we mix the oil, the salt and the vinegar.
- We cut the basil and we add it to the mix. We leave it marinating for half an hour.
- We cut the red onion into julienne strips. We make mozzarella balls using a melon baller.
- We emulsify the dressing again and we add it to the salad, mixing it well.
