• 250 g of queen pitted green olives
• 1 egg
• A little breadcrumbs
• A little olive oil
• A pinch of Avecrem Chicken Broth
Drain the olives, beat the egg and wet the olives with it. Bread the olives and fry in oil at moderate temperature (170°C) and drain them on an absorbent paper. You can sprinkle with a pinch of Avecrem Chicken Broth. Do not hesitate to alternate the pitted green olives with stuffed olives or marinated in different brines and dressings. Why not?
